Vision for Education’s National Teaching Assistant Programme is designed to help people begin their careers as Teaching Assistants through training and paid school placements.
If you have experience working with children or vulnerable adults and want to make a difference in young people’s lives, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Successful candidates will receive high-quality training followed by a paid placement in a local school, where you will gain hands-on experience supporting pupils and teachers.
You will be supported throughout the process by a dedicated consultant and can choose to work in primary, secondary, or SEN settings.
Requirements
• Experience working with children or vulnerable adults (care background welcome)
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage young people
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
