Service Manager – Supported Accommodation (Learning Disabilities) Location: Andover Reports to: Operations Manager Direct Reports: Support Supervisors & Coordinator About the Role We’re looking for a confident Service Manager to lead our Supported Accommodation team, ensuring high-quality support and full compliance with CQC standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Supervisors to deliver excellent person-centred care. Ensure support plans, risk assessments and reviews are up to date. Oversee safe medication procedures and staff competency. Manage rotas, staffing levels and team performance. Build strong relationships with people we support, families and professionals. Support referral processes, audits, incident reviews and record keeping. Assist with budgeting, invoicing and safe financial practices. Promote positive communication and a supportive team culture. Take part in on-call rota as needed. About You Level 5 Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards). Experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities. Supervisory/leadership experience. Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. Confident with MS Office. Caring, professional, and committed to Safeguarding, Equality and Confidentiality. Willing to complete a DBS and cover support visits when required.
