Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Female Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring they enjoy a memorable experience. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, making cocktails/mocktails and assisting with food service as needed. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to quality service are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
* Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies when necessary.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
* Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service when required.
* Keep up-to-date with drink menus and promotions to inform customers effectively.
* Cocktails experience would also be great.
Skills
* Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help others enjoy their experience.
* Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately.
* Excellent time management abilities to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
* Previous bartending experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous to maintain high standards of hygiene.
* Experience in a restaurant or bar environment is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key attributes we value.
