Our team is one of the largest in the UK, providing water and wastewater infrastructure services, drainage design, SuDS, and surface water management. Our clients include water companies, local authorities, highways/rail authorities, and developers across the UK and internationally.
We are seeking entry-level candidates with good analytical skills and a desire to learn, even with limited experience.
What you can bring :
* An understanding of the UK water industry, environment, and sustainability, with a desire to apply your skills to environmental challenges.
* Experience in wastewater modelling using InfoWorks ICM.
* A proactive self-starter eager to learn and develop professionally.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Your purpose:
* Develop computer models to investigate flooding and environmental issues and propose solutions.
* Build, verify, and analyze hydraulic sewer models.
* Develop 1D and 2D models to assess flood risk and mechanisms.
* Handle and analyze data.
* Use GIS software (MapInfo, ArcGIS) to understand complex environmental problems.
* Prepare reports and project deliverables.
* Plan and supervise surveys.
* Support junior team members in solving environmental problems.
