Overview
This is a Part time positon - Hours - 9.30am -13.30 Mon -Friday.
Creative Instrumentation are recruiting an experienced administrator to work part -time within our Quality Department team. This is a new position to support the Quality Manager maintain our Quality Management System and assist with Customer and Quality documentation.
As a business we work within a variety of sectors including Aerospace, Medical, Oil & Gas and Defence as a sub-contractor for some of the leading global companies in their given field.
This is a part time position with the hours 9.30- 1.30pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
* Raising and generating outgoing delivery paperwork.
* Collating Documentation for Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
* Collating Documentation for First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR’s)
* Raising Purchase Orders for Sub Contract requirements
* Facilitating and documenting Engineering Change Requests
* Co-ordinating and assisting with Calibration
* Updating and issuing Process Specifications
* Documentation preparation for Management Review Meetings
* Other Administration tasks to support the achievement of AS9100, IS9001 and 14001 quality standards.
Your Skills / Experience
* Ideally, experience working in a technical environment
* Excellent IT skills and ability to use all Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
* Ability to manage own time, to prioritise tasks and be a self-starter Exceptional organisation skills
* Effective communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
* Excellent attention to detail
