What you'll do:
* Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and product-led initiatives
* Analyse performance data to identify opportunities, optimise campaigns, and report on key metrics
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
* Test and implement new growth experiments, from paid campaigns to referral programs and viral initiatives
* Lead a small team or work with cross-functional stakeholders to execute high-impact growth projects
