Role Overview



We are seeking a high calibre FMCG National Account Manager to join our branded sales team.

The successful individual must a minimum of 2 years Grocery Mults Account Management experience dealing with at least one of Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Asda, or Waitrose

* Reporting directly to the Branded Sales Team Lead, you will have full P&L responsibility for your accounts and be expected to create and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve wider business goals.
* You will be expected to manage the whole sales process through pricing, forecasting, category reviews, NPD launches, whilst also liaising with finance and supply chain where necessary.
* Ideally, you will currently work for a recognised food, drink, or confectionery brand, and have a well-trained, structured, modern approach to account management.


Key Requirements

* Strong Branded FMCG Grocery experience.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Retailer systems
* Demonstrable business acumen and analytical skills.
* An entrepreneurial drive to grow business.
* Ability to manage own workload and work autonomously.
* Ideally, knowledge of the confectionery market however this is not essential.
