Join one of the UK's largest and most prestigious infrastructure projects - High Speed 2 (HS2).
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer / QA Engineer to support the delivery of the North Portal works near Great Missenden - a critical gateway to the Chiltern Tunnel.
Your Role Will Involve:
* Providing site engineering support across civil engineering and structural works
* Ensuring QA compliance in accordance with ITPs, specifications, and HS2 standards
* Managing inspection and test records, NCRs, redlining drawings, and handover documentation
* Supporting setting out and surveys for earthworks, drainage, reinforced concrete, and precast structures
* Liaising with design teams, construction managers, and subcontractors to resolve technical queries
Requirements:
* Proven experience in infrastructure projects (rail, highways, or tunnelling preferred)
* Strong understanding of QA procedures in a Tier 1 contractor environment
* CSCS card and right to work in the UK
* Experience with HS2 or similar major project standards is highly desirable
