Your Role & Impact
* Spearhead the delivery of scalable, secure cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) that underpin large-scale digital programmes.
* Guide multi-disciplinary agile teams to make informed decisions, balancing complexity and outcomes.
* Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, defining architectural principles and platform direction.
* Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation within the Platforms Capability.
* Share your expertise, contribute to account strategies, and champion our tech vision.
What You Bring
* Current Developed Vetting (DV) clearance is essential due to the sensitive nature of our work.
* Proven expertise in delivering platforms within the Defence sector or similar high-stakes environments.
* Hands-on experience leading cloud transformations (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and modernizing applications.
* A track record of driving technical decisions, delivering positive outcomes, and building executive-level relationships.
* Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop team members.
