Hours: 37.5 hrs/week, 8-hour shifts with 30-minute unpaid break, operating hours 08:30 – 18:00, any 5 days from 7 (including weekends on rota).
Job Description
As a Customer Support Advisor at KFF, you will provide excellent service to external and internal customers via phone, email, and web chat, assisting with orders and queries.
Key Responsibilities
* Process orders accurately and fulfill customer requirements.
* Achieve sales and service KPIs.
* Develop understanding of customer business and maintain relationships.
* Act as first point of contact for customer issues, investigate, and resolve efficiently.
* Update systems and liaise with departments to resolve queries.
* Handle customer comments and complaints per procedures.
