WHAT OUR BRANCH MANAGERS DO:
1. Lead their Branch, and use their team management skills to lead and develop a small team.
2. Ensure their Branch operates as effectively as possible.
3. Develop relationships with their customers, and enhance the sales and customer experience within the branch.
4. Manage day-to-day Branch operations and the branch team to deliver excellence.
5. Manage team absences and deployment.
6. Support regional teams with recruitment.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards, ensuring Branch sales targets are achieved.
8. Support training and maintain training records for Branch staff.
Our Branch Managers are hands-on, lead by example, and focus on driving their team to reach sales and branch targets. They possess passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets. A customer-focused approach, a commercial mindset to drive sales and maximize margins, and good organizational, drive, and leadership skills are essential. A full and valid driving license is required. Experience in a management role within trade, builders merchant, retail, glazing, or uPVC environments is advantageous.
HOURS & SALARY:
44 hours per week - Permanent role, 7am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, and 8am - 12pm on a Saturday rota.
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic per year. Bonus/OTE: Up to £10,000 annual bonus potential.
