As a Client Manager, you will grow revenue from existing firms within a defined customer group. You will deliver or exceed an agreed set of financial targets and objectives, through high-quality Account Management.
Responsibilities
 1. Responsible for managing and closing renewal opportunities with existing customers, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining strong client relationships to support retention and growth, as well as achieving or exceeding targeted revenue for products by identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities,
 2. Identifying account issues, needs and demonstrate the business value of Lexis Nexis products
 3. Ensuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact
 4. Adhering to planning, documentation, reporting and data recording in line with agreed methods and targets
 5. Working with other internal departments including Marketing, Customer Success and Strategy to feedback trends to help shape our go to market actions.
 6. Educating customers with thought leadership and expert market knowledge.
Requirements
 7. Be results and target driven with a self-motivated aptitude
 8. Have excellent communication skills essential, as well as time management and planning
 9. Demonstrate the ability to spot commercial opportunities, leveraging data & insight and proven sales methodology to close opportunities
 10. Have experience working within a B2B sales/customer service environment and retaining and growing customers
 11. Possess the ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
