Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join part of the team to deliver a fantastic service to our clients and customers as a call advisor, you will work as part of a contact centre team to answer inbound calls and produce outbound calls.
The calls will be facilitated via our works management system to support an outcome to each call with a positive approach.
Qualifications
Experience working within a contact centre environment preferred.
