Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Project Manager based in the London, United Kingdom. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating construction projects, managing budgets, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring project milestones are met. The role involves working closely with clients, our architects' team, and contractors, and some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
* Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management
* Skills in Budgeting and Project Management
* Proficiency in Construction Management
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related field
Knowledge of builsing site health & safety is essential
* Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus
* Experience in both private and commercial project environments is an advantage
