Zest4Talent are proud to be working with a well-established and highly respected consultancy within the built environment sector, currently looking to strengthen their sustainability team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NDEA Level 5 Assessor (or someone operating at this level) with strong IES expertise and Part L / Part O knowledge, who is looking to join a business that genuinely invests in its people and prioritises quality above all else.
The Opportunity
You will be joining a forward-thinking consultancy that believes the true end client is the homeowner or business occupying the building — not just the developer. Quality, integrity and long-term value sit at the heart of everything they do.
They are seeking someone who can:
* Deliver high-quality Part L and Part O assessments
* Operate confidently as an IES expert
* Contribute technically from day one and hit the ground running
* Support and develop junior team members
* Potentially introduce or expand additional service offerings within the sustainability space
If you bring M&E knowledge, this would be highly advantageous, though not essential.
This role requires three days per week in their Nottingham office, as collaboration and mentoring are important elements of the position.
