Pay: £12.90 - £15 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and ensuring every child receives the guidance and encouragement they need to thrive. Your experience and passion for education will shine through as you assist in delivering engaging lessons and providing one-on-one support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, tailoring activities to meet the diverse needs of learners.
* Provide individualised support to students, reinforcing learning concepts and promoting academic growth.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and supported.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to assess student progress and address any areas of concern.
* Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the welfare and safety of all students.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a primary school setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
* A patient and compassionate approach to working with children of varying abilities and backgrounds.
* Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
