The Role The successful property paralegal can look forward to managing their own conveyancing caseload from start to finish including: Freehold Sales and Purchases Leasehold Sales and Purchases New-build Purchases Transfers of Equity Remortgages First Registrations Lease Extensions The Requirements The firm anticipate someone with 3 years experience would be the right person for this conveyancing role, but they are open to applications from property paralegals, CILEX or qualified conveyancers who have managed their own caseload for at least 12 months and seeking a new challenge.
