About You
Lynn Grove Academy are seeking a compassionate, committed Learning Support Assistant with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people. You understand that every pupil's journey is unique, and you're ready to walk alongside those facing challenges, whether they stem from learning difficulties, medical needs, or neurodiversity such as ADHD or Aspergers Syndrome.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
GCSE Maths and English at grade C and above or equivalent
Recent experience as a Teaching/Learning Assistant
Accurate record keeping skills
Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of effective behaviour management strategies
Good written and spoken communication
