The Role:
The firm is seeking a Property Litigation Partner (or Senior Associate/Legal Director ready for Partnership) to strengthen its growing dispute resolution team. This is a strategic hire with genuine scope to shape and expand the department.
You will handle a high-quality caseload including:
* Commercial & residential landlord/tenant disputes
* Dilapidations, lease renewals, break notices
* Easements, covenants, boundary issues
* Possession claims and enforcement
* Contractual & professional negligence disputes
* Mediation, arbitration, and ADR
You will also contribute to team leadership, mentor juniors, and play an active role in client development and departmental strategy.
