Contract: 1 x end of December and 1 x mid-January

Location: Perth

Salary: £10.50 - £12.50 per hour


My client is a rapidly growing company dedicated to supporting local economies through innovative gift card programs. Their mission is to drive local spending, increase customer engagement, and provide valuable solutions for businesses and communities. They are active in over 200 places across the UK, Ireland and North America.


Unlike competitors in the Gift Card industry, my client’s technology is placed specific and backed by an experienced implementation team, with full technical program setup, fully managed fulfilment service and an industry leading client success program.


Role Overview


My client is seeking a highly organised, experienced and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to provide essential support across the business during their busy time. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams to ensure the efficient operation of key business functions. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong in-person, written and telephone interpersonal communication skills as frequent direct interaction with clients, customers and suppliers will be required.


Key Responsibilities:

● General Administration: Provide support across all teams, including Finance, Technology, Implementation, and Business Support.

● Customer support: as required, support end-to-end customer service including customer support requests and client queries via telephone, e-mail and recording actions and follow-up on the company’s CRM (HubSpot).

● Customer outreach: as required, make calls to the company’s customers to update them as required or to check in on the service they are receiving from them and capture relevant actions/feedback

● Support Gift Card fulfilment on a daily basis to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders at all times.

● Process customer deliveries including transporting orders to delivery hubs as required (Post Office, local carrier depot etc. - as many times per day as required)


Qualifications and Experience

● Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced or growing business.

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.

● Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in handling data, documentation, and financial processes.

● Technology Proficiency: Comfortable working with various software systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

● Organisation & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.

● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 4 months
