What You’ll Be Doing As an ECT in Physics, your role will include: * Teaching Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students to develop a love for science and deep understanding. * Designing engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to a wide range of abilities, sparking curiosity and promoting inquiry. * Leading practical experiments that bring theory to life and inspire real-world connections. * Using assessment data to monitor student progress and raise attainment. * Collaborating with colleagues to develop and improve the Science curriculum. * Engaging in extracurricular activities, supporting student-led projects, and contributing to school science initiatives.
