Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Casualty Claims Adjuster or Claims Handler. The position is based in Lytham St Anne's or Wigan, with some flexibility for remote work. The Casualty Claims Adjuster will be responsible for managing and predominantly resolving liabilty claims but could lead inot handling property damage assessments, and ensuring accurate claims processing. Daily tasks include investigating claims, liaising with clients and service providers, and maintaining detailed records to ensure timely and fair outcomes.
There is the ability to progess personal and professional development within the business. This would result in promotions and increase in financial packages.
Qualifications or Preferred Skills / Experience
* Proficiency in Claims Resolution and Claims Management
* Experience in Claims Handling
* Strong understanding of Insurance principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Previous experience in a similar role is required
