We are seeking an ambitious, driven and confident person to join our team as an Apprentice Administrator. You'll be joining a friendly and busy team of Contract Co-Ordinators, lead by our Service and Delivery Manager. You'll be supported through a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, and will be fully encouraged and mentored to progress with your career. This is an office based role, so please only progress if you know you can easily get to our Huyton based office.
This role is Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week, working either:-
* 8am - 4pm
* 8:30am - 4:30pm
* 9am - 5pm

Role Responsibilities
* Assist with the successful delivery of contracts within deadlines
* Answering phone calls/emails in a professional manner
* Provide administrative support for Contract Coordinators and the Team Manager
* Allocate work and tasks for field engineers in line with schedules and programmes.
* Book in appointments over the phone/with letters with residents or building managers for planned works
* Raise Purchase Orders for materials and subcontractors
* Renaming and sending completed certificates/jobs
* Undertake day-to-day administration in association with the contracts
* Maintain relevant contract tracking spreadsheets/client systems and portals
* To assist and take ownership of customer requests and queries
What We're Looking For
* Some experience in an administrative role or similar position is advantageous
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Confident telephone manner
* Ambitious and an eagerness to learn and progress
* Commitment and drive to learn new skills and the industry
