Your new role
We have the opportunity of a Programme Communications Specialist to join our client’s team in Newbury team works on hybrid working basis.
* Contract Length: 6 months
* Daily rate: Between £600- £700 a day Umbrella (Inside IR35)
* Hours: 37.5 hours
Role Purpose
As a Programme Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for leading all communications and change awareness activities for the IOT Modernisation programme. The role ensures clear, consistent and timely messaging across multiple stakeholder grounds, enabling effective engagement, adoption and understanding of programme priorities, progress and impacts.
What you’ll need to succeed
* Proven experience in programme or portfolio level communication within complex technology or transformation environments.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
* Experience in change communications, organisational change or training support.
* Ability to translate complex technical or programme topics into clear, engaging content.
* Great organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across a large scale transformation.
* Ability to work in a face paced environment.
