Position type: Part‑time (14.25 hours per week) – Mon 10:00‑14:30; Wed 15:00‑19:30; Fri 10:00‑15:30
About the Role
As a Delivery Manager you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation, achieving performance targets. You will support the sales floors and store management team, create a motivating atmosphere, and continuously improve stockroom processes to maintain high standards. Responsibilities
* Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient environment where performance targets are achieved
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team and supporting the sales floors and store management team when needed
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do
* Ensure smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems – driving the highest stockroom and stock‑processing standards
* Always strive to ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to our customers as soon as possible
About You
* You are passionate about our customers, our people and our products, inspiring and motivating others and creating a great working atmosphere
* You are a team player who works best in a results‑driven, fast‑paced and challenging environment, with the ability to adapt to change quickly and bring the rest of the team on board with new objectives
* You are a great communicator and can work naturally with people at all levels, remaining calm and approachable under pressure and realistic about expectations
* You can demonstrate problem‑solving skills, make sound business decisions, confidently challenge processes and generate innovative ideas to move the business forward
* You are confident when dealing with people issues
* You are an effective multi‑tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise your workload
* Experience in working to productivity‑related performance targets is desirable but not essential
