Job Title: Site Services Manager Department: Engineering Reports To: MaintenanceManager Location: Dungannon Job Purpose The Site Services Manager is responsible for ensuring that all site services and ancillary equipment are fully operational to support a 24/7 food manufacturing facility. This includes implementing robust preventative and planned maintenance, condition monitoring, and process control systems. The role ensures statutory compliance, drives continuous improvement, and promotes world-class manufacturing standards. The manager will lead the engineering team, manage budgets, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Assess and improveprograms across sites. Prepare and distribute improvement reports. Lead maintenance improvement programs. Ensure procurement and subcontracting meet statutory and corporate standards. Set and achieve QSHE, housekeeping, and productivity targets. Plan and execute annual budgets and minor design-led maintenance. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure engineering personnel are trained, supervised, and developed. Maintain site compliance with local and global regulations. Support the development and management of the 5-year Capital Plan. Oversee safe and cost-effective asset overhauls. Manage contractors per companyprocedures. Administer the Job Request System via SAP. Monitor and communicate PMS schedules. Prioritise and assign work duties in collaboration with Engineering Shift Managers. Conduct root cause analysis and follow up on work plans. Support equipment installation and commissioning. Ensure compliance with F-Gas, PReg, LOLER, DSEAR, L8, Ammonia, Asbestos, EICR, and emissions regulations. Diagnose and rectify faults on PLC systems. Collaborate with other departments for safe and efficient operations. Coordinate training and support for engineering projects. Perform other duties as required. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Essential Engineering management experience in continuous manufacturing (preferably food) NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Site services and utilities experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven leadership and team development experience Ability to manage conflicting priorities Knowledge of legislative process safety systems Experience in process design, specification, and commissioning Change management and facilitation skills Project and programme management expertise Knowledge of CDM, Pressure Systems, Lifting Equipment, British Engineering Standards Commercial awareness and contract management Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Desirable Business financial competency EPMP knowledge PHA and RCA techniques Legionella and Ammonia awareness Boiler house and compressed air systems knowledge HSE regulations expertise
