About the role:
This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a business where TikTok will be a key growth channel. You'll be responsible for managing TikTok Shop operations, building creator and affiliate campaigns, and developing content that engages and converts - all while working to ambitious KPIs and sales targets.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop Operations & Performance
* Manage the day-to-day execution of our TikTok Shop strategy.
* Optimise product listings and shop infrastructure for visibility and conversion.
* Plan and deliver TikTok promotions (Monthly Promotions, Sales, Platform Campaigns).
* Track, analyse, and report on KPIs (traffic, sales, conversion rates, commission performance).
* Adjust content, affiliate, and promotional strategies in real-time to achieve targets.
* Monitor competitor activity, trends, and pricing to inform decision-making.
* Deliver clear reporting and insights to the Paid Media & Content Manager and Trading Manager, as well as the wider team.
Creator & Affiliate Campaigns
* Identify, onboard, and manage TikTok creators and affiliates who align with brand goals.
* Brief talent, oversee deliverables, approve content, and measure ROI.
* Provide creators/affiliates with performance insights and creative guidance to optimise results.
* Design affiliate incentives and commission structures that drive sales growth.
* Run gifting and seeding programmes to generate UGC and organic buzz.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and brand partners.
Livestreams & Content
* Support and coordinate TikTok Shop livestreams, including product selection, scripting, briefing, and scheduling with creators and stakeholders.
* Produce and edit TikTok-first video content to engage our audience.
* Monitor TikTok trends and formats to fuel content strategy and campaign execution.
What are we looking for?
* You have experience managing TikTok accounts for a brand or business, with a track record of driving engagement and sales.
* You've worked with TikTok Shop and/or TikTok Shop Affiliates and understand the platform ecosystem.
* You're KPI-driven and motivated by achieving sales and growth targets.
* You're confident in content creation from filming and editing to jumping on new trends.
* You have experience managing creators and affiliates, from onboarding through to campaign delivery and performance tracking.
* You're commercially minded, data-led, and able to connect content and partnerships to measurable results.
* You're organised, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
* You're collaborative, communicative, and enjoy working across teams.
