What you’ll do
* Oversee the smooth running of the Mess, managing your team and ensuring top‑notch service for members and military personnel.
* Organise and deliver hospitality functions and formal dinners.
* Handle reception duties, cash management, and company paperwork.
* Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications
* UK residency for the past 3 years and eligibility to work in the UK (security checks required).
* Previous supervisory experience preferred.
* Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
* Computer literacy and strong organisational skills.
