We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in hospitality systems to lead the delivery of a brand-new AI-powered rostering solution for a well-known operator.
This is a critical role in a high-impact transformation, focused on optimising workforce management across multiple sites. You’ll be the driving force from planning through to go-live, working closely with stakeholders across Operations, HR, and IT.
✅ What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience implementing hospitality or workforce management systems
* Strong track record delivering projects within hospitality, leisure, or multi-site retail environments
* Confident stakeholder management, ability to navigate both technical and operational teams
* Experience working with or implementing AI, scheduling, or rostering tools
* Comfortable operating autonomously and hitting the ground running in a fast-paced environment
This role is Outside IR35 and offers a mix of remote working with 2-3 days onsite in Central London.
