The Role: As an Assistant Product Manager within our New Product Development (NPD) team, you will play a vital role in shaping our mortgage and savings products. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a multi-skilled commercial manager, where you will: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch innovative mortgage and savings products. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs in the mortgage and savings sectors. Assist in the creation of compelling business cases that support our NPD initiatives, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Contribute to the overall strategy and vision of our mortgage and savings product portfolio The role will balance key support to Product Managers (e.g. project governance, checking & validating specifications, owning actions and minutes from meetings) with the opportunity to get involved in wider product strategy work too. What We’re Looking For: A recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Maths or similar quantitative subject – or proven experience in a similar role within a regulated industry. Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial data, and comfortable using data sources and tools to produce compelling proposals Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage projects from conception to completion Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with various stakeholders.
