An exciting opportunity has arisen within Housing and Technical Resources for a Support Officer. The Refugee Resettlement Team supports families settling in South Lanarkshire as part of the Home Office Global Refugee Programmes. The successful candidate will support both existing families and new arrivals.
Experience supporting refugees is essential. Candidates must demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, excellent planning and organizational skills, and be flexible, creative, and proactive in managing time, energy, and problem-solving tasks. This role often involves early starts and late finishes.
