Your Role:
Liaise with clients, customers, and tenants throughout planned works
Ensure properties are clean, safe, and signed off after work is completed
Conduct surveys and identify customer needs or vulnerabilities
Keep customers updated on project progress
Organise and attend resident and stakeholder meetings
Support project delivery and site compliance (if SSSTS qualified)
Maintain internal systems and records
Promote teamwork and continuous service improvement
Assist with training, development, and other duties as needed
What We Need from You.
A full UK driving license
Good level Of Education (GCSE Maths and English)
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel, Outlook
Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work
Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public and in the social housing environment
Ability to manage your time and workload independently
