Smile Education is working with primary schools in Erdington that are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join their supply teaching team.

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing your ECT induction
* A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young people
* Teaching experience within EYFS, KS1, or KS2
* Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
