Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
* Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
* Provide our Advisors and Technicians parts inquiry pricing and availability in a timely manner.
* Process and fill back counter technician parts orders.
* Gain superior product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components through available factory training to effectively help customers, advisors, and technicians.
* Assist with the daily inventory.
* Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area, and stockroom.
* Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and other information to customers as required.
IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:
* High school graduate or GED
* Prior knowledge and experience of the vehicle parts industry is required
* Understanding of basic automotive components and systems
* Ability to lift 25 pounds.
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
