KeyResponsibilities:
* ProductionAdministration
o Creating bill ofmaterials
o Generating workorders
o Liaising with SiteManager
o Scheduling component & boarddeliveries
o Postinginvoices
* InventoryAdministration
o Creating new item codes ensuringall related documentation and processes arecompleted
* SupplierAdministration
o Purchaseorders
o Sourcing newsuppliers
o Overseeing goods receivedprocess
o Monitoring order acknowledgementsand/or late deliveries
o Managing supplier leaseand trial products
o Building strong clientrelationships
o Handling suppliercomplaints
* Estimating ofselling prices for manufactured items and bought ingoods
* Arranging customs clearance VAT and dutyhandling for the import of foreign shipments whenrequired
