About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an FM Team Leader. This would entail the supervision, monitoring and control of colleagues, equipment and material resources and to ensure that all accounts are serviced to a high standard.
As a FM Team Leader you will be responsible for various sites including The Council House, Byron House, Central Library, Broadmarsh Car Park, Bulwell Riverside and the teams working there. You will be expected to have regular contact with the sites, customers and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of staff, the cleaning standards and ensuring that the KPI's are met.
The role will require flexibility of working hours, regularly working a split shift, and the ability to regularly travel between sites. You will also be provided with a company vehicle to travel for work purposes.
We are looking for candidates who enjoy working in a busy environment, who can work as part of a team and who are able to communicate at all levels

The Essential Criteria
* Good Knowledge of cleaning principles, processes and techniques, including hygiene standards
* Ability and experience of leading and developing a team
* Good IT skills
* Full UK driving licence
