As Open Programmes Coordinator, you will support our growing lifelong learning offer, engaging participants of all ages and backgrounds. Your responsibilities include providing administrative and production support, assisting with the planning, preparation, and delivery of the annual programme, event logistics, financial administration, marketing, and project evaluation. You will also have opportunities to contribute to research, development, and stakeholder engagement activities.
We seek a resourceful, motivated individual with an efficient, positive, and proactive approach, possessing excellent organisational and administrative skills. Strong experience in events coordination, managing competing deadlines, and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders is essential. Knowledge of or interest in the performing arts and/or higher education is desirable.
An enhanced DBS check will be required.

Annually, we serve between 1,000 and 1,500 participants across various courses in Drama, Music, Production Arts, and other art forms. Our programmes cater to diverse ages and levels, emphasizing a unique and enjoyable learning experience with top-tier instruction.
