Assistant Manager

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team and help deliver exceptional service every day. If you’re passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading by example, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and high standards
* Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
* Ensuring all compliance, health & safety and operational procedures are followed
* Managing stock, ordering and deliveries to maintain excellent availability
* Building strong relationships with customers, clients and colleagues

* A positive, proactive leader with experience in hospitality and management roles.
* Great communication and people skills
* A passion for hospitality and delivering brilliant service
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Someone who takes pride in getting things done and supporting their team
