Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance business performance.
Duties
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
* Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track client interactions, manage accounts, and report on sales performance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
* Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
* Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that align with client goals.
* Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a sales environment.
* Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software is essential for managing client relationships effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, allowing for effective management of multiple accounts simultaneously.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
