A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar conveyancing role
A good knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures is essential
Exemplary client care and communication skills
The ability to facilitate the exchange of contracts and prepare financial statements, SDLT submissions as well as certificates for title for advance funds.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organisation skills.,
