PRODUCTION OPERATIVE | CHICHESTER | FIXED TERM CONTRACT
Due to continued growth and increased demand for our products, we are expanding our team and looking for Production Operatives to join us at Natures Way Foods on a fixed term contract with the opportunity to extend for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation where our people are at the heart of what we do. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting our expanding production lines, ensuring our fresh, high-quality food products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards for our retail customers.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
6. Working on our food production lines, preparing various fresh produce for labeling
7. Chopping and preparing fresh produce
8. Picking and packing products
9. Loading and unloading product onto the production lines
10. Operating specialised machinery
Qualifications
Requirements/What we're looking for
11. Strong attention to detail
12. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment
13. Can work under pressure and to hard deadlines
14. Basic numeracy and literacy skills
15. A dynamic and flexible attitude and can solve problems
16. Values working within a team
17. Willing an open to learning new things
18. No experience is required as we provide full training initially to get you started and further ongoing training to progress your career with us.
