We're hiring a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer to join a growing, people-first Managed Service Provider with a passion for technical excellence and personal development.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering friendly, professional 1st line support to a diverse client base
* Troubleshooting hardware/software issues via phone, email & ticketing systems
* Logging and managing tickets in Autotask (or similar ITSM tools)
* Escalating complex issues to 2nd line with clear documentation
* Supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows, Office, Active Directory & networking
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
* 6+ months' IT support experience (MSP background a big plus)
* Solid knowledge of Windows OS, M365, Teams, AD, basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs)
* Great communicator, team player, calm under pressure
* Motivated, keen to learn, and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
