Lead Procurement Manager – Technology & Digital Media
We are working with a leading technology and data-driven business seeking a Lead Procurement Manager to drive strategic procurement initiatives and lead a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:
* Led a team of procurement professionals, driving team performance and development.
* Own end-to-end procurement for technology and digital media categories, with a focus on software/SaaS buying.
* Negotiate complex, high-value contracts to deliver measurable savings and strategic advantages.
* Drive procurement transformation initiatives, incorporating AI and automation tools to optimise processes.
* Develop and execute comprehensive category plans aligned with long-term business objectives.
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including presenting at the board and leadership level.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver process improvements and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in technology procurement, ideally within software or SaaS environments.
* Digital/media buying experience in a technology or software context.
* Demonstrated track record of significant negotiation achievements.
* Experience managing or leading teams.
* Strong end-to-end procurement lifecycle expertise, including category planning and P&L ownership.
* Ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders up to board level.
* Strategic thinker with a background in driving procurement transformation and automation initiatives.
* Exposure to AI or GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, Microsoft AI platforms).
* Experience operating in matrix-style environments and reporting into group-level leadership.
