An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a growing and dynamic team based in Oxford. This role offers the chance to be part of an expanding office while working on high-quality, specialist corporate matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.This is not a traditional corporate role focused on general M&A. Instead, the position centres on complex and high-value investment work, offering exposure to a sophisticated and niche client base.Key Responsibilities:Advising on a range of investment-focused corporate matters, including private equity and venture capital transactionsSupporting on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex investment dealsWorking closely with the London team on high-value, multi-jurisdictional mattersBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsContributing to business development and the continued growth of the teamSupervising and supporting junior lawyers where appropriateAbout You:Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate lawStrong experience in investment work (e. private equity, venture capital, or similar), rather than purely M&A-focused transactionsTechnically strong with excellent attention to detailConfident handling complex matters and working collaborativelyStrong communication and client management skillsAmbitious and motivated to be part of a growing officeIn Return:Competitive salary of £85,000 - £100,000Opportunity to join an expanding office with strong growth plansHigh-quality, specialist work alongside an established wider teamDirect exposure to London-based work and cross-office collaborationClear progression opportunities within a supportive environmentFor more information or to apply, please get in touch.
