Your Role as a SENCO
* Lead and develop the school's SEN provision.
* Support teachers in differentiating lessons and implementing EHCPs.
* Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies.
* Monitor and assess the progress of SEN students and adjust interventions accordingly.

* A qualified SENCO with the NASENCO award (or working towards it).
* Strong leadership skills and experience in SEN education.
