ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re on the hunt for an ambitious, proactive Production Manager to lead the day-to-day activities of our Glass Design and Production Centre. You’ll manage a talented team of five experienced glass designers and report directly to our Design Director, Clive.
This isn’t just another production role. It’s a key position that will help us maintain exceptional service standards, create jaw-dropping products, and support our growth as we collaborate with global brands.
SOME OF YOUR DAILY TASKS INCLUDE:
* Motivating the team.
* Promoting R&D and New Product Development.
* Assisting with New Business Development.
* Being responsible for Health & Safety (H&S).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Scheduling and planning production from initial specs to final delivery.
* Implementing quality standards and driving continuous improvement.
* Motivating, training, and leading the production team.
* Working closely with sales and marketing to manage production KPIs.
* Bringing fresh ideas to enhance efficiency and innovation.
