Training & Development
Your journey as a Sales Negotiator will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
* Purpose-built training location
* Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
* Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
* Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
* Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay
Responsibilities
* Market properties to potential homeowners
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers
* Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients
* Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
Qualifications & Qualities
No experience? No problem. What matters most is your enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and passion for helping people find their perfect home. Our expert-led training programme will equip you with everything you need - from property knowledge to negotiation techniques - giving you the confidence and skills to thrive in an exciting and rewarding industry.

* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual or automatic car
Spicerhaart is a forces-friendly company offering many Estate Agency roles to those considering leaving the forces.
Compensation
* £28000 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
