The Role:
As a Hygiene Operative, you'll be a key player in keeping our operations clean, safe, and efficient. You'll carry out daily and deep cleans in production areas, maintain equipment hygiene, and help uphold the high standards that keep us BRC accredited. It's a hands-on, physical role where no two days are quite the same.
What to Expect:
You'll be working in a wet and chilled environment— so being comfortable in those conditions is essential.
Important: We're currently preparing to move to our brand-new facility in Enfield, where this role will be based. You'll be joining us at an exciting time as we transition into a modern site designed to support our growth and innovation.
What You'll Need:
* Cleaning or food production experience is a plus – but full training is provided
* Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
* Reliable, organised, and a good communicator
* A team player with a strong work ethic
* Willing to learn and adapt
