Private Client Solicitor (2+ PQE) – Nottingham (Hybrid)
£50,000 – £62,000 + 10% bonus
I am working with one of Nottingham’s leading Private Client teams, who are looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their highly regarded practice.

You will step into a ready-made caseload from day one and will be supported by some of the East Midlands’ most respected Partners, providing a strong platform for continued development.
The Role:
You will advise on a broad range of high-value and complex Private Client matters, including:
• Drafting and advising on Wills, including those with complex trust provisions
• Succession planning for family estates and businesses
• Trust creation, restructuring, and ongoing administration
• Professional trustee services
• Inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax planning
• Probate and estate administration, including complex estates
• Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters

• Salary £50,000 – £62,000 + 10% bonus
• Hybrid working, typically 3 days per week in the office
