Customer Service Executive Location: Huddersfield Salary: £12.96 p/h Hours: 38 Hours per Week Type: Temporary 6-12 Months with potential long-term opportunity We're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join a leading healthcare focused client based in Huddersfield. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role supporting a broad customer base including Wholesalers, Discounters, and major Grocery retailers. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a high-quality, professional service to both internal teams and external customers. Accurately process orders, returns, and customer complaints within agreed KPIs. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across both consumer healthcare and prescription product lines. Issue sales documents including invoices, credit notes, and correction invoices. Monitor customer satisfaction through data tracking and feedback collection. Proactively identify gaps or issues in customer processes and suggest improvements.Key Requirements: Experience with SAP is preferred but not essential. Experience in a customer service, order processing, or commercial admin role. Confident communicator who can build rapport with a variety of stakeholders. Able to work with accuracy and efficiency in a process-led environment. Strong organisational and IT skills, particularly with Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
